Grants victims the right to appear before the court and make a statement for the record when a probation or conditional discharge violation is established, or to submit a written statement in lieu of appearance

Courts must consider victim statements before deciding whether to continue, modify, extend, or revoke probation or conditional discharge, effective October 1, 2023
