Adds "age" as a protected class under Connecticut's discriminatory practice statute (Section 46a-58), joining existing protections for religion, national origin, race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, and domestic violence victim status

Defines "sexual orientation" as a person's identity in relation to the gender(s) to which they are romantically, emotionally, or sexually attracted, including previously expressed identities or identities perceived by others

Establishes criminal penalties for discriminatory violations: Class A misdemeanor with minimum $1,000 fine; Class D felony if property damage exceeds $1,000; Class C felony with minimum $3,000 fine for desecrating houses of religious worship with damage over $10,000

Repeals Section 46a-81a and updates statutory cross-references throughout antidiscrimination law to reflect the change
