Mental health wellness examinations may include observation, behavioral health screenings, lifestyle education, treatment referrals, medication discussions, and age-appropriate assessments of mental health history and cognitive state

Provisions apply to high deductible health plans to the maximum extent permitted by federal law without disqualifying associated health savings accounts or medical savings accounts
