Adds telecommunicators (dispatchers) to the list of public safety employees eligible for "portal-to-portal" workers' compensation coverage, joining police officers and firefighters

Extends coverage to include injuries sustained during travel from home to duty, during duty, and returning home after duty—not just injuries occurring at the workplace

Amends Section 31-275 of the Connecticut General Statutes to include telecommunicators as defined in section 28-30

Effective date of July 1, 2023
