Department of Public Health shall develop a marketing campaign by January 1, 2024, effective October 1, 2023

Campaign must include monthly public service announcements on the Department's website and social media accounts for at least two years

Announcements must discourage aggressive or violent behavior toward health care providers in any health care setting

Announcements must inform about grant opportunities for building security infrastructure through the nonprofit organization security infrastructure competitive grant program administered by the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection

Campaign must also promote other programs providing capital investments by nonprofit hospitals to enhance patient and employee safety
