Defines "passive Medicaid redetermination" as a process allowing Medicaid enrollees to maintain eligibility based on available asset and income data without reapplying or taking additional action, in compliance with federal law.

Requires the Commissioner of Social Services to implement passive Medicaid redetermination for aged, blind, or disabled persons enrolled in HUSKY C who are receiving long-term care services.

Applies passive redetermination only to enrollees with stable financial circumstances and when the Department of Social Services has access to sufficient information to redetermine eligibility under federal law.

Effective date: July 1, 2023.
