Allows employers to deduct wages from employees in bona fide executive positions when they are suspended for one or more full days due to violations of written workplace conduct rules prohibiting harassment or workplace violence.

Wage deduction equals the amount that would have been paid to the employee during the period of suspension.

Applies only to employees in positions meeting the definition of "bona fide executive capacity" under Connecticut state agency regulations section 31-60-14.

Grants the Labor Commissioner authority to adopt regulations to implement this provision in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes chapter 54.

Takes effect upon passage.
