• Repeals and replaces Section 7-148l of the general statutes effective October 1, 2023
• Allows any person aggrieved by an order of municipal boards, commissions, councils, committees, or other designated agencies to appeal to the State Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities
• Changes appeal deadline language from "within thirty days of" to "not later than thirty days after the mailing of the written decision"
• Applies to agencies established or designated under sections 7-148i to 7-148n and subparagraph (B) of subdivision (9) of subsection (c) of section 7-148
