Authorizes Wethersfield, Middletown, and Stamford to defer required real property revaluations from the assessment year beginning October 1, 2023 to October 1, 2024, subject to approval by each municipality's legislative body.

Allows rate makers in municipalities that defer revaluations to prepare new rate bills under Chapter 204 of the general statutes to implement the deferral.

Requires any subsequent revaluations following a deferred revaluation to resume at the point in the revaluation schedule the municipality was following prior to the deferral, in accordance with Section 12-62 of the general statutes.

Takes effect upon passage and creates a new statutory section.
