Election-related complaints must be filed in the Superior Court for the judicial district of Hartford, rather than with any Superior Court judge statewide

Applies to complaints regarding statewide offices (Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Treasurer, Attorney General, Comptroller), judge of probate elections, municipal elections, and primaries

Complaints filed after an election must be brought within 14 days, or within 7 days after completion of any manual ballot tabulation

Court hearings must be held within 3-5 days of the complaint order, with 3-5 days notice to affected candidates, election officials, Secretary of State, and State Elections Enforcement Commission

Effective July 1, 2023, applicable to complaints and actions filed on or after that date
