Extends Connecticut Premium Pay program to workers in CDC vaccination phase 1c categories, in addition to previously eligible phases 1a and 1b, effective July 1, 2023

Full-time eligible applicants who applied by October 1, 2022 receive payments ranging from $1,000 (income under $50,000) down to $100 (income $100,000-$150,000) based on income brackets; part-time applicants receive $200

Phase 1c applicants must submit claims by December 1, 2023 with proof of employment from March 10, 2020 through May 7, 2022, using payroll records, employer letters, or personal declarations

Extends program deadline from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025 for all payments

Program administered by Connecticut Comptroller's office or third-party contractor with authority to verify eligibility through document review and sworn testimony
