Establishes a working group to study Connecticut's civil procedure laws, with minimum review of Title 52 of the General Statutes to recommend legislative changes.

Working group consists of six members with civil procedure expertise: one each appointed by the Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, House Majority Leader, Senate Majority Leader, House Minority Leader, and Senate Minority Leader.

Working group must submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on judiciary by January 1, 2024.

Working group terminates on the date it submits its report or January 1, 2024, whichever is later.

Act takes effect upon passage.
