Repeals and replaces subsection (h) of Section 18-81jj of the general statutes concerning the Correction Advisory Committee, effective upon passage.

Requires a majority of voting members appointed to the Correction Advisory Committee to constitute a quorum necessary for conducting business.

Mandates a majority vote of members present is required for any action of the committee.

Establishes that any committee member employed by the Department of Correction must be a nonvoting member during the period of their employment.
