Commissioner of Transportation shall convey approximately 1.008 acres of state land in Bridgeport to the Bridgeport Port Authority at cost equal to administrative expenses for the conveyance.

Bridgeport Port Authority must use the parcel for economic development or waterfront-related purposes; if not used for these purposes, the land reverts to the state of Connecticut.

Any sale or lease of the parcel must be for one hundred nineteen thousand dollars, and all proceeds shall be transferred to the State Treasurer for deposit in the Special Transportation Fund.

Department of Transportation shall grant the Bridgeport Port Authority a right of way from Stratford Avenue (Connecticut Route 130) directly to and from the parcel.

State Properties Review Board must complete its review of the conveyance within 30 days of receiving a proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation.
