Adds new subsection (g) to section 13a-26 establishing penalties for operating commercial motor vehicles on prohibited state parkways, effective October 1, 2023.

Defines "commercial motor vehicle" as any motor vehicle designed or used to transport merchandise or freight and bearing commercial registration.

Imposes fines of $500 for a first violation and $1,000 for any subsequent violation, assessed against the vehicle owner or lessee depending on who operates the vehicle.

Adds subsection (g) of section 13a-26 to the list of violations covered under the criminal infraction procedures in section 51-164n, making commercial parkway violations subject to Connecticut's standard infraction procedures.
