Amends subsection (c) of section 15-120nn of the Connecticut general statutes to require municipal legislative approval before the Connecticut Airport Authority purchases or acquires any airport owned or controlled by a municipality.

Grants veto authority to the legislative body of the municipality where the airport is located over any such purchase or acquisition by the state authority.

Applies to airports owned or controlled by municipalities, requiring local approval as a prerequisite to state-level airport transfers.

Referred to the Committee on Transportation during the January 2023 General Assembly session.
