Amends Connecticut General Statutes chapter 242 to require the Department of Transportation Commissioner to establish a dedicated webpage for Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (P.L. 117-58) funding and projects.

Webpage must display total federal funding received, amount expended, and brief descriptions of each project funded with these federal dollars.

Requires disclosure of each project's total anticipated cost, current spending, anticipated or known completion date, and current status relative to original timeline and budget.

Mandates explanation of reasons for any projects anticipated to be completed later than scheduled or over budget, plus actions taken to address schedule delays.

Intended to provide transparency, oversight, and accountability for the Department of Transportation's use of federal infrastructure funds.
