Amends section 14-253a of Connecticut general statutes to change terminology used by the Department of Motor Vehicles for removable windshield placards.

Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to refer to these placards as "accessible parking placards" instead of "handicap or disability parking placards."

Applies to placards issued for persons who are blind and persons with disabilities.

Aims to use more inclusive and less derogatory language in state statute regarding accessible parking designations.
