Amends Connecticut general statutes to prohibit the state from requiring employees to provide more than a simple assertion that they object to COVID-19 vaccination on religious grounds.

Prevents the state from questioning or investigating an employee's religious beliefs or the sincerity of those beliefs when claiming a religious exemption from COVID-19 vaccine requirements.

Applies to employees who are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 but choose not to receive the vaccine based on religious objections.

Referred to Committee on Public Health during the January 2023 General Assembly session.
