Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management must submit quarterly reports to joint standing committees on transportation, environment, government administration, appropriations and budgets, and finance, revenue and bonding regarding federal funds received and expended under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (P.L. 117-58), with reports posted on the Office of Policy and Management's website.

Commissioner of Transportation must establish a dedicated webpage detailing Department of Transportation's use of Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act funds, including total funding received, amounts expended, project descriptions, anticipated costs, expenditures per project, completion dates, and current status.

Transportation webpage must include project status information indicating whether projects are anticipated to be completed on time, earlier, or later than originally planned, and whether they will be on budget, under budget, or over budget.

Transportation webpage must explain reasons for any anticipated schedule delays or budget overruns, and describe actions taken to address delays.

Joint standing committees must hold a public hearing not later than ten days after submission of each quarterly report.
