Extends tuition and extension fee waivers to active Connecticut Army or Air National Guard members enrolled full-time or part-time in undergraduate or graduate degree-granting programs at regional community-technical colleges, Connecticut State University System, and University of Connecticut

Requires National Guard members to be certified by the Adjutant General as members in good standing to qualify for the waiver

Adds extension fees for educational extension programs and summer school sessions to the existing tuition waivers already available to wartime veterans domiciled in Connecticut

Grants veterans and National Guard members the same registration priority status as students not receiving tuition waivers

Effective July 1, 2023, amending sections 10a-77, 10a-99, and 10a-105 of the general statutes governing the three public higher education systems
