Requires the Departments of Education and Public Health, jointly with the Labor Department, to develop a curriculum for a four-year high school level interdistrict magnet school program with special emphasis on medical studies.

Curriculum must include career pathways for certification upon graduation in health care professions such as licensed practical nurse, radiation technologist, ultrasound technologist, nursing aide, or occupational therapist.

Curriculum must include a biotech pathway for students pursuing continued medical studies at an institution of higher education.

Directs the three departments to review suitable locations for operating the interdistrict magnet school program, including campuses of regional community-technical colleges or hospitals such as Windham Hospital.
