Repeals section 1-225a of the general statutes that permits public agencies to hold remote meetings via electronic equipment instead of in-person meetings.

Eliminates sections 147 and 149 of Public Act 21-2 from the June special session that authorized remote governmental meetings as an alternative to in-person meetings.

Referred to the Committee on Government Administration and Elections for consideration during the January 2023 session.
