Updates criminal statutes to apply to conduct against minors and include buyer conduct in sex trafficking offenses

Requires child welfare and juvenile justice agencies to conduct trauma-informed commercial sexual exploitation screening for at-risk children and provide specialized services to identified victims

Allows all commercial sexual exploitation of children victims to testify by alternative method regardless of age, and grants victims the ability to obtain protective orders against their exploiters

Provides victims with a child sex trafficking-specific caseworker and establishes privilege protections for victim-caseworker communications

Mandates statewide training for child welfare and juvenile justice agencies on identification and response to child sex trafficking, and requires development of policy guidance for responding to foreign national child victims
