Amends section 10a-174 of the general statutes to expand the existing debt-free community college program to include the Connecticut State University System.

Allows students enrolled at Connecticut State University System institutions to qualify for debt-free program awards for up to two years of enrollment.

Requires eligible students to have lived in Connecticut for at least ten years prior to graduating from high school.

Referred to the Committee on Higher Education and Employment Advancement during the January 2023 session.
