Prohibits any person from practicing medicine or surgery unless licensed, registered, or otherwise authorized under chapter 370 of Connecticut's general statutes, effective July 1, 2023.

Prohibits unlicensed persons from using the title "physician" or related initials that represent authorization to practice medicine or surgery, or from advertising services under the "physician" description.

Allows continued performance of acts by persons licensed or authorized to perform them under Connecticut law, including intern or resident physician program participants and those in United States medical officer candidate training or clinical clerkship programs.

Allows temporary license holders under section 20-12 of the general statutes to continue practicing medicine or surgery.
