Establishes a task force to study childhood and adult psychosis, including examination of specialized clinics, early evaluation and treatment, care pathways, and clinical networks in collaboration with the Departments of Children and Families and Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Task force composition includes eight members: two child/adolescent psychiatry experts appointed by House Speaker, two adult psychiatry experts appointed by Senate President Pro Tempore, representatives of affected families and individuals with lived experience, licensed mental health providers, and two state commissioners or designees.

Initial appointments must be made within 30 days of enactment, with first meeting scheduled no later than 60 days after enactment and chaired by members selected by the House Speaker and Senate President Pro Tempore.

Task force shall submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on public health no later than January 1, 2024, and shall terminate upon submission of report or January 1, 2024, whichever is later.
