Eliminates all Sunday hunting restrictions in Connecticut by removing language prohibiting hunting on Sundays across multiple statutes, effective July 1, 2023.

Allows hunting of deer, Canada geese, and other wildlife on Sundays using any method consistent with professional wildlife management principles on both public and private property.

Permits the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to take wildlife at any time for scientific, educational, public health, safety, and ecosystem management purposes without Sunday restrictions.

Authorizes municipalities, homeowner associations, and nonprofit organizations to take deer and Canada geese on Sundays when severe nuisance or ecological damage is demonstrated to the commissioner's satisfaction.

Repeals Connecticut General Statute section 26-73 entirely, which previously contained Sunday hunting prohibitions, and maintains existing regulations for firearm safety instructors and conservation education on state and private property.
