Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall allocate available funds for fiscal years ending June 30, 2022, and June 30, 2023, to increase rates to state-contracted providers for wage enhancements and related payroll expenses for employees serving individuals with intellectual disability through the Department of Developmental Services

Providers receiving rate adjustments for wage enhancements must provide actual salary increases to employees on or before July 31, 2021, and July 31, 2022, or face rate decreases equal to the adjustment amount

Any unallocated balance of available funds after the initial allocation shall be disbursed as a cost-of-living adjustment to state-contracted providers delivering services through the Department of Developmental Services

For fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, providers may use funds for wage enhancements for intermediate care facility employees serving individuals with intellectual disability through the Department of Social Services

For fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, providers may use funds for wage enhancements for intermediate care facility employees serving individuals with intellectual disability or behavioral health needs
