Expands the list of public agency employees exempt from residential address disclosure under Connecticut's Freedom of Information Act, effective October 1, 2023.

Adds four new employee categories: judicial marshals employed by the judicial branch, disability determination services unit employees within the Department of Aging and Disability Services, Bureau of Rehabilitation Services employees within the Department of Aging and Disability Services, and Office of the Attorney General employees.

Maintains existing exemptions for judges, court magistrates, law enforcement officers, corrections employees, public defenders, firefighters, Department of Children and Families employees, and employees of the judicial branch, among others.

Applies to personnel, medical, and similar files maintained by public agencies.
