Appropriates $5 million from the General Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 to the Department of Housing for cold weather emergency response services.

Allocates $6 million to strengthen shelter and outreach capacity, $3.6 million for diversion programs, $2 million for Coordinated Access Network backbone support, and $2 million for housing subsidies through the Department of Housing.

Provides $1.4 million to the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services for the housing and homeless services support line.

Total investment of $20 million designed to stabilize and strengthen the state's homeless response system.
