Amends Connecticut's criminal trespass statute (Section 53a-109) to explicitly recognize purple paint on property borders as a valid method of posting "no trespassing" warnings

Property owners may use purple paint as an alternative to traditional posted signs to warn potential intruders and establish grounds for criminal trespass charges

Criminal trespass in the third degree remains a class C misdemeanor, except for hunting, trapping, or fishing violations which carry a class B misdemeanor with fines of $500 to $1,000
