• Revises Connecticut's nonresidential renewable energy tariff program and shared clean energy facility program effective July 1, 2024, including modifications to procurement plans, tariff structures, and eligibility requirements.

• Suspends megawatt capacity caps on renewable energy programs from January 1, 2025 through the end of the sixth program year or until federal Inflation Reduction Act funding is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

• Requires the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to conduct studies by January 1, 2025 examining program extension options, potential successor programs, project completion deadlines, megawatt reallocation mechanisms, and nonprofit organization exemptions.
