• Sets potency limits for cannabis products: edible cannabis products limited to 5 milligrams of THC per serving, cannabis flower limited to 30% total THC on dry-weight basis, and other products limited to 60% total THC (with exceptions for prefilled cartridges).

• Regulates manufacturer hemp product licensing, testing standards, disposal protocols for non-compliant products, and prohibits misleading packaging, health claims, and synthetic cannabinoids in hemp-derived products sold in Connecticut.
