Executive director of the Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity and Opportunity shall conduct a study of senior citizens' needs in consultation with the Commissioner of Aging and Disability Services to ensure adequate resource allocation.

Study must examine senior citizens' needs in five areas: long-term care, transportation, housing assistance, nutritional assistance, and opportunities for socialization.

Executive director must report study results to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of aging matters on or before January 1, 2025.

Act takes effect upon passage.
