Each state agency providing public forms or applications must evaluate updates needed to include a nonbinary gender option by January 1, 2026.

Evaluations must assess what changes are necessary for forms requiring sex or gender identification and what resources are needed to implement those changes.

State agencies must submit evaluation findings to the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management.

Secretary must compile all agency evaluations and submit a comprehensive report to the joint standing committee on government administration by February 15, 2026.

Definition of "state agency" includes executive, legislative, and judicial branch offices but excludes state-operated health care facilities.
