Updates strategic plan goal years from 2025 to 2026, maintaining 2030 as the longer-term target for increasing degree completion, workforce entry, and eliminating postsecondary achievement gaps for minority students

Requires all initial commission appointments be made by June 1, 2024, with the first meeting held by July 1, 2024, and sets member terms at three years with members serving without compensation
