Declares covenants not to compete are against public policy and void and unenforceable, effective July 1, 2024.

Allows homemaker-companion agencies to contractually limit employees who receive paid training from engaging in private service contracts with agency clients.

Restricts non-compete limitations in the home care industry to a maximum of six months after an employee receives paid training.

Repeals and replaces Connecticut General Statutes Section 20-681.
