Commissioner of Administrative Services shall conduct a study on state employer policies regarding the transfer of unused vacation time when state employees change positions within state service, effective July 1, 2024

Study shall include a review of current limitations on transferring unused paid sick days

Commissioner must submit the study results to the joint standing committee on labor and public employees no later than January 1, 2025

Study submission shall comply with section 11-4a of the general statutes
