Expands the definition of "hazardous duty member" to include investigators in the Division of Criminal Justice, investigators in the Division of Public Defender Services, and support service investigators in Support Enforcement Services of the Superior Court, effective October 1, 2024.

Allows hazardous duty members who have completed 25 years of credited service to retire on their own application on the first day of any future month.

Establishes monthly retirement income equal to the greater of either one-twelfth of two percent of final average earnings multiplied by years of credited service, or minimum amounts ranging from $200 to $300 depending on retirement date.

For the three newly added investigator positions, credited service while a hazardous duty member shall be calculated from October 1, 2024, rather than retroactively.
