Expands the definition of "foreign order of protection" to include military protection orders issued by commanding officers in the U.S. armed forces or Connecticut National Guard, allowing these orders to be enforced in Connecticut courts effective October 1, 2024

Requires law enforcement officers to enforce valid military protection orders and arrest any person suspected of violating such orders, charging them under section 53a-223b

Creates a new form of second-degree harassment (class C misdemeanor) for conduct by National Guard members who engage in harassing behavior within one year after receiving a written directive from a commanding officer to stop, regardless of whether they remain in the Guard

Mandates the Adjutant General to provide full financial assistance covering travel and participation expenses for current and former National Guard members who were victims of sexual assault or sexual harassment while serving and are involved in related administrative or military justice proceedings
