Governor shall proclaim April 11 as Parkinson's Awareness Day, April 26 as Tuskegee Airmen Day, May 5 as Red Dress Day, May 13-19 as Face Equity Week (with May 19 as Face Equity Day), June 1 as Barber Recognition Day, September 15 as Dystonia Awareness Day, and November as Epilepsy Awareness Month

Suitable exercises and observances may be held in the State Capitol and elsewhere as designated by the Governor for all proclaimed days, weeks, and months

All provisions take effect upon passage
