• Prohibits providers from charging research or handling fees unless redactions are requested, in which case fees cannot exceed $50, with additional $50 expedite fee available for 72-hour delivery.

• Mandates medical reports concerning work injuries be furnished within 30 days to both employer and employee, with administrative law judges authorized to penalize physicians or third-party vendors for non-compliance through written notification, hearing orders, or fines up to $500.
