Commissioner of Public Health shall develop a public awareness and educational campaign to promote community-based screening and education for diseases affecting high-risk male populations, including colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, infectious diseases, depression, and anxiety

Commissioner must report to the joint standing committee on public health regarding the campaign by January 1, 2025, and annually thereafter

Act takes effect July 1, 2024
