Grants residents the right to view building stock data from the Office of Policy and Management, including heating system type and fuel type for each building.

Grants residents the right to view vehicle registration data from the Department of Motor Vehicles, including each vehicle's system of propulsion.

Grants residents the right to view complete lists of Class I renewable energy sources and energy storage projects connected to the state's electric distribution system.

Requires creation of a public internet website and centralized database containing all specified energy data, and allows residents to view and distribute their own energy usage data collected by electric distribution companies.
