Public Utilities Regulatory Authority chairperson must report to the joint standing committee on energy by January 1, 2025 on any docket proceedings regarding cost-sharing programs for new electric grid interconnection points among multiple renewable energy project developers.

Report shall include any legislative recommendations related to the docket proceeding on electric grid interconnection point cost-sharing.

Provision takes effect upon passage of the act.
