Adds employees of the Office of the Attorney General to the list of public employees whose residential addresses are exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.

Exempts residential addresses from disclosure for 14 categories of state and local employees, including judges, law enforcement officers, corrections employees, public defenders, firefighters, and judicial branch staff.

Prohibits public agencies from disclosing residential addresses of covered employees from personnel, medical, or similar files.

Becomes effective October 1, 2024.
