Establishes a working group to study Connecticut's civil laws, with particular focus on titles 51 and 52 of the general statutes, to recommend needed changes.

Working group consists of 6 members appointed by legislative leaders: one each from the House speaker, Senate president pro tempore, House majority leader, Senate majority leader, House minority leader, and Senate minority leader.

Members must have familiarity with and expertise in interpreting the state's civil laws.

Working group must submit a report of findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on judiciary by January 1, 2025.

Working group terminates on the date it submits the report or January 1, 2025, whichever is later.
