Mandates the Trafficking in Persons Council collaborate with the gender responsiveness subcommittee and adds training requirements for identifying trafficking victims among foster care children

Requires the Transforming Children's Behavioral Health Policy and Planning Committee to collaborate with the gender responsiveness subcommittee and share information on gender responsive practices for youth in the child welfare system
