Commissioner of Revenue Services must study the Department of Revenue Services' collections processes to identify potential legislative and programmatic improvements.

Study shall focus on improving efficiency and reducing administrative costs of revenue collections.

Commissioner must submit findings and recommendations report to the joint standing committee on finance, revenue and bonding no later than January 1, 2025.

Report submission must comply with section 11-4a of the general statutes.

Provision takes effect upon passage of the act.
